The porch This is where you'll spend most of your time, eating meals, reading, listening to the radio or just chatting while you watch the birds, the sky and the lake.

The dock Go for a swim or read a magazine, sip a drink and listen to the sound of the water and the wind in the trees.

The living room
 Lookout Lodge is simply furnished with a mix of local antiques, newer furnishings and family memorabilia, with lots of books and games for rainy days. This couch is a pull-out bed that can sleep two. Framed art by family members and cottage visitors hangs in most rooms.

The picnic spot There's a picnic table and a gas BBQ in a secluded private grove next to the cottage.

The kitchen
The well appointed kitchen features everything required to prepare a full range of meals. Besides this cooking area with its brand-new stove, there's a sink and cabinets stocked with plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses and essential cooking and baking equipment.
The bunk beds
 The bunk beds in the back left bedroom can sleep two on the bottom and one on the top.

The antique four-poster
 The elegant antique bed in the second back bedroom is just right for two people.

The blanket room
Heirloom Hudson's Bay blankets adorn the wall of this cozy room, which is furnished with a charming vintage single bed, a steamer trunk and a 19th-century Ontario dresser.

The bathroom
A shower stall with good hot water, a new toilet, a terracotta-style tile floor, hair dryer, basic toiletries and lots of space to hang damp bathing suits and towels.
